Which AI does it use?
It uses the Groq API (Llama / GPT-OSS models) with your own key. Groq has a free tier to get started.
Where do the messages go?
The visitor’s message is sent to Groq to generate the reply. The chat doesn’t store conversations on your site; in Pro, the lead details the visitor provides are saved.
Can I change how it replies?
Yes. How it answers depends on the knowledge base and business name you load.
Do I need to code anything?
No. You install it, paste your Groq key, load your info and the chat appears on your site automatically.
